I love this product -- it's the best facial skin treatment Olay offers! The packaging, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The last bottle squirted cream up and out around the base of the pump every time the pump was depressed, and now a brand-new bottle won't pump the cream out at all. I seem to recall Olay using identical packaging for a different product several years back and I had trouble with it not working, too. Please change the packaging to something that works AND displays how much is left.

I can't get the stupid pump to work! After paying this much, it should be easy to get to the product I wish I could tell you whether or not this works, but I can't even get to the lotion to find out!
I really like this product. My skin feels so soft and smooth, however, after I used it for a few times nothing would dispense. I knew I had not used up all the product. My husband took the top off and there was over a half container left. Unless the container is changed, I probably will not purchase this product again. I have had no problem with the other Olay products containers.

I love love love this product, but I hate the bottle. After only a week of using it I had to pop the top off because it wouldn't pump out any more lotion. I still had over half of it in there. the lotion itself is wonderful it instantly got rid of all my little wrinkles and my face is soooo soft and smooth, and no breakouts.

I used this product faithfully for over 2 weeks & saw zero improvement in my skin or wrinkles. The product has a pleasant smell, but left my skin feeling sticky & never seemed to fully absorb, even after a couple of hours. I would not recommend this for wear under makeup due to the stickiness. Switched to a different brand/product & am having much better luck with it.

I bought this product, took it out of package & put it on my cabinet shelf to use after I finished my other product. When I was ready to use it, I pulled out the little black tab and absolutely could not get anything out of the container. I had sent in my receipt for a rebate, so I had no proof of purchase and now I have no product and am out the money completely. Now I read the other reviews and see I'm not the only one who has had this problem. Can some type of compensation be made to me? Maybe a new one in one of your newer containers?

I tried this product because the package stated it "instantly relaxes the appearance of wrinkles." It does not. It does leave my skin feeling soft but when I applied it initally to only half of my face so I could see if there was an "instant" difference in the appearance of my skin, I was disappointed. I will continue using it till it's used up, but don't think I will buy it again.

Let me preface with admitting I'm a skeptic. I use Clinique exclusively, and bought this with very low expectations. I did not expect to see any difference, and thought I'd be proven right. Wow, was I wrong! I'm 36, and I have forehead lines, as well as what I call my "11" between the eyebrows. I have been using this cream for about a week and a half, and my forehead lines are almost completely gone. My 11 is fading fast! I'm stunned by how well this cream works. I even forgot to use it at all over a long weekend, and I still see results! With the tingle it produced, I figured it was just a mild reaction causing my skin to plump and make the lines less noticeable, but not having used it for 4 days and still noticing? Nope. This stuff is made of magic! My only complaint would be about the packaging. The pump is flimsy and not well constructed. While this cream is worth every penny I paid for it, I'd love to be able to get every last drop out and NOT have to constantly fight the wobbly, leaky pump to do so!

I have been using this product for several weeks. My skin looks COMPLETELY flawless & youthful!!! I'm quite critical of my appearance but now I am AMAZED how I look, and my skin feels velvety soft! The only downfall is the pump bottle design. The pump is wobbly and the lotion is leaking out the sides where the pump meets the bottle. Air is coming out with the lotion now, too. I've finally struck gold with this lotion and it's like a MIRACLE for my face-- but the bottle design is disappointing. I want to buy it again because the lotion is phenomenal and I'm hoping that I just purchased a faulty bottle, but I'm not sure.

This really does work but the fragrance is really strong. I have allergies and asthma and I truly cannot tolerate the smell. I only us it on my forehead and I love that it does work, but I'm going to have to return this because of the scent. It's not only Olay, but I wish all beauty products were fragrance free. and alternate between retin-a and Micro-Scultpting cream at night. BUT OMG,
the first time I used it, i actually had to break the
bottle open to get to the product, then i put it

I was looking around for a change in my cosmetics, something more readily available and less expensive so thought I'd give Olay a go. On this particular product, I'm with Not Impressed, Ineffective, and Still On The Fence reviewers below. I purchased this product based on the reviews. The product lasted for me just over a month. I found this problem with another Regenerist product, Deep Hydration Regenerating Cream. I think the packaging is weak and probably more than 1/4 is still in there. The products I used previously were the same amounts and lasted far, far longer. This product is nothing special. Many of Olay's products have a fragrance that is not mentioned when purchasing and that is a problem for me too. I will go back to my previous cosmetics. Sorry Olay, but I gave it my best shot, ran the gamut of your products in the Regenerist category.

Had no trouble with the packaging and like the consistency of the product BUT it's totally ineffective after 3 weeks of use, morning and night. I've noticed no reduction in wrinkles, shallow or deep. I hoped they'd be at least slightly diminished, but I see no evidence of that. Disappointing.
