A majority of us can't do what gravity-defying Olympic athletes can. But to be able to do it, and do it while being blind, is superhero level stuff.
But it's not because mere mortal Lex Gillette has done it.
The three-time Paralympic medalist is proof that hard work, skill, and confidence pay off, even when you have odds working against you. Instead of focusing on what people tell him he can't do, he shows the world that he's more than capable — and he's got the shiny awards and medals to prove it.

She turned fear into motivation and raised a son that continues to make history. And if you ever needed proof that anything is possible, you should watch the tear-jerking video below.
