This is a fantastic recipe that I go to often. It is simple, inexpensive and everyone loves it. It is vegetarian friendly and keeps well at a picnic. It says 6 servings but it really makes a lot more. One of my favorite recipes to bring to parties and events but always have to leave a little behind to enjoy at home. Making it right now for a party tomorrow!
