Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Portable and creative, these treats are the cure for the common cupcake.

What’s better than a cupcake on your birthday? How about a cupcake baked in an ice cream cone and decked with your favorite frosting and sprinkles? Treat yourself – or better yet, enlist a loved one to make them for you. After all, it’s your birthday, and you deserve a break!

Tip: Baking messes have met their match with Bounty and Cascade. Keep a roll of Bounty paper towels handy during mixing batter – just in case of spills – and toss bowls and spoons in the dishwasher with a Cascade Platinum ActionPac for sparkling-clean dishes, no pre-rinse required.

Found putting them in "cupcake" pans hold them better while cooking and transporting. Some have turned the pans over and put the cones between them to hold better but I have not learned the technique.
