Easy as Pie: No-bake Cream Cheese Summer Pies

In the summertime, simple, quick and delicious recipes are the way to go. They allow for more time outside with your family and less time laboring away inside. But how do you whip up tasty desserts without spending an afternoon in the kitchen? No-bake cream cheese fruit pies!

Your summer party will be the talk of the neighborhood with these dishes that pack the right combination of sweet and tart flavors.

1. Cherry Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 cup whipped topping
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cherry pie filling
1/3 cup sugar
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
1 1/2 cup fresh cherries, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy
  2. Mix in whipped topping
  3. Fill crust with mixture and spread until smooth and even
  4. Top with pie filling
  5. Arrange cherry slices (if desired) on top of mixture and refrigerate until serving

2. Blueberry Lemonade Pie

Ingredients
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small can condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 premade graham cracker crust

  1. In a blender, mix cream cheese with condensed milk
  2. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blending until creamy
  3. Pour into bowl and incorporate blueberries until well mixed
  4. Pour mixture into piecrust and chill for 1 hour
  5. Serve and enjoy!

3. Mandarin-banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk (14 ounces)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 large can mandarin orange slices, drained and divided

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until whipped
  2. Gradually add condensed milk until smooth
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract until all mixture is smooth
  4. Line pie crust with 2/3 of banana slices and orange slices
  5. Pour mixture over fruit, filling up rest of pie
  6. Chill in refrigerator until set, about 3 hours
  7. Place rest of fruit slices on top of pie and serve
