Fruit Snack Tips

  • To create sweeter snacks, use fruits at their ripest stage. If they’re not mature and tart, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to taste
  • For a deeper flavor, try using fruit juice concentrate instead of fruit juice
  • If using fresh fruit like figs, papaya, pineapple or pears, first boil the peeled cut-up fruit for 5 minutes or the gelatin will not set properly
