I want to find ways to eat healthier choices wherever I can....but I also don't want to re-invent the wheel. SO...Why not just buy natural peanut butter - 2 ingredients: peanuts & salt (1% or less)?....and delicious.

Additional oil is not needed for nut butters. If processed long enough natural oils are released. I use molasses instead of honey and pink Himalayan salt and my family loves it!

You don't even need to add the oil. If you blend long enough in a food processor (and it will be a looong time) the oils from the nuts release and form the butter on it's own!
