Peach Crumble How-To

Chef Jesse Brune discusses how to make perfect, fast peach crumble.

1 box white cake mix
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
2 cans (12-15-ounces) of peaches
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a fork to mix the butter and cake mix together until it forms into a crumble or lumpy texture
  3. Empty the peaches into a medium-sized baking dish. (You can also use 4 smaller baking dishes for individual servings.) Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches, thoroughly covering the fruit, creating a thick layer of dough. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the crumble topping begins to lightly brown
  4. Remove from the oven and cool for 20 minutes before serving. Top each piece with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream

I heard Chef Jesse say to pre-heat oven to 350 degrees in the video; but in the printed version listed below the video, it reads to pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Which is the correct oven temperature?
