Take boxed stuffing and fancy it up by making it into savory muffins. Bonus: You can freeze them ahead of time and warm them up in a pinch!

Ingredients
1 box dry stuffing mix
2 tablespoons softened butter or margarine (whichever the box says)
2 1/2 cups boiling water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Add boiling water and butter or margarine to the dry stuffing mix, combine well
  3. Scoop stuffing mix into a paper-lined muffin tin so each one is mounded a little over the edge
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until stuffing is set
  5. Serve immediately or freeze until needed
