On the Lighter Side

If you want to go “no bake” but you want to offer a nutritious and delicious option, go for oatmeal cookies.

2 tablespoons fat free milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter, crunchy
1/2 cup quick-cook rolling oats

3. Stir in oats until well combined
4. Drop cookies by the spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined plates

Chill in freezer for 10 minutes before serving
