I plan on making the Baked Banana Chips Recipe, I've always bought them in the grocery store and all my children have eaten them growing up and now I've got the recipe. The whole family is going to enjoy this and I'll probably be in the kitchen for days making these banana chips!

Mine came out chewy too. I had mine in for almost 4 hrs at 250 . I also cut them thin. What I think may have happened was I put to much lemon juice .... next time I'm going to try using less and see if it turns out better

Try cooking them at 250 for 2-2 1/2 hours so they turn out more crunchy
