Chicken and Mushroom Foil Pouch Grill

Pack everyday ingredients in a foil pouch to make a quick, mess-free dinners.

Ingredients (serves 4 people)

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Pre-heat grill on medium.

  2. Create a pouch for each chicken breast by layering two foil squares on top of each other to make one pouch. Pull up the four corners so the wet ingredients don’t spill.

  3. Place one chicken breast and 1/2 cup mushrooms in each foil pouch.

  4. Top each with butter, 1/4 cup white wine, 1 clove minced garlic and thyme.

  5. Close the pouches tightly, then grill them with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  6. Slowly open the foil to check if the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature is 165°F.

  7. Serve the pouch on a plate with a side of vegetables of your choosing.
