Instructions

For pots:

  1. Use a rag to clean the pots and remove all dust and dirt
  2. Use a paintbrush to apply a base color of your choice to the outside of the pots. You may need to apply several coats to cover the terracotta. Do not paint the inside of the pot. Let the base color dry
  3. Once the base color is dry, paint your design with a different color(s)
  4. You can freehand a drawing or stick with a simple pattern. Let dry
  5. Spray the pots with an instant drying lacquer spray for a glossy polished finish. This will seal in the colors and protect the design from the harsh elements outdoors
