Materials
(4) 1" × 2" × 26½" sanded wood boards
(1) 25½" wood dowel, ¾" diameter
3/16" drill bit
¾" drill bit
Drill
(4) 2" wood screws
Pencil
Scissors
5' cotton clothesline
Measuring tape
Screw driver
(3) plush baby toys

Steps

1. Stack two of the 1" × 2" × 26½" wood boards on top of each other. Using the 3/16" drill bit, drill through both boards on the 2" side. Repeat this step with the other two 1" × 2" × 26½" wood boards

2. Use the 3/16" drill bit to drill into the center of each end of the ¾"-diameter dowel

3. Using the pencil and measuring tape, mark 12" from the top of each of the four boards. (The top of the board is where the 3/16" holes were drilled on step 1.) Using the ¾" drill bit, drill a hole on the 1" side on each of the four wood boards

4. Line up the drill holes on two of the wood boards and one end of the dowel. Connect the three pieces of wood with a 2" wood screw. Repeat this step with the other two boards and the other end of the dowel

5. Cut two 8" pieces of cotton clothesline with the scissors. Insert the clothesline through the holes drilled in step 3, as shown. Tie a knot at each end of the clothesline to secure. Cut off any excess clothesline

6. Using the pencil and measuring tape, make three marks on the top of the dowel, spaced 63/8" apart. Using the ¾" drill bit, drill three holes at the marks on the top of the dowel

7. Cut three 18" pieces of cotton clothesline. Feed each piece through the holes drilled in step 6. Tie a knot in each clothesline above the dowel, and cut off any excess

8. Tie plush baby toys to the bottom of the clothesline
