Kale Caesar Salad Recipe

Serves 4-6

Ingredients (bread crumbs)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic infused olive oil

Instructions (bread crumbs)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

  2. In a small bowl, gently toss the breadcrumbs and garlic infused olive oil. Spread out breadcrumbs and olive oil mixture on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.

Ingredients (Dressing):
2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
5 teaspoon of anchovy paste (optional)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of aged balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, finely grated
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of kosher salt
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions (Dressing):

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.

Ingredients (Salad):
6 cups of Kale leaves
Caesar salad dressing
Panko breadcrumbs


  1. Tear kale leaves into pieces. Scrunch the kale with your hands to make it more tender.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the kale with 1/2 cup of dressing, adding more as needed. Top with panko breadcrumbs.
