1/4 cup organic crunchy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate coconut almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup ice cubes
1 banana (cut 4 thin slices for garnish)
4 miniature peanut butter cups, sliced in half
8 fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons cocoa nibs

1. Place the 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 cup chocolate coconut almond milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup ice cubes and the banana into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds on high until the blend is smooth and creamy

2. Pour the smoothie mix into four cups and garnish each serving with a banana slice, fresh mint, 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs and a peanut butter cup
