“Due to overwhelming support of this program, all the online samples are gone.
This offer was only available for a limited time.” What does this mean?

If you haven’t received them yet, they should be arriving soon!”

How do I get Product Samples & Offers?
Please follow these instructions to request free samples from P&G:

1. Open P&G everyday in a new browser window
2. Log in to P&G everyday
3. Roll over the “Coupons & Offers” category in the menu
4. Click on the “Product Samples & Offers” link
5. Select the samples you wish to receive (or see if you qualify)
6. Enter your home address
7. Confirm your order

When will new samples be available?
Ordering periods are generally between Jan. 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to Sept. 30, and Oct. 1 to Dec. 31. Please note: order period dates are subject to change and samples may not be available every period.

How many samples can I order?
You can request 1 (one) order request (which may contain more than one sample) per quarter per household. Please note: in most cases, the same sample can only be requested once per year.

Why do I have to qualify for certain samples?
Some P&G products are made specifically for certain situations and are best suited for the people for whom the products were made.

When will I receive my package of samples?
Six (6) to eight (8) weeks. If you have not received your samples by the end of the eighth week, please contact us.

When I visit the P&G brandSAMPLER® page, I receive the following message: “Due to overwhelming support of this program, all the online samples are gone. This offer was only available for a limited time.” What does this mean?
Unfortunately, the samples have all been ordered. Keep checking back, however, as new samples are added quarterly. (NOTE: samples may not be available every quarterly period).

I tried to place an order on P&G brandSAMPLER®, but received the following message: “It looks like you’ve already requested samples during this offer period. If you haven’t received them yet, they should be arriving soon!”
It seems as though you have already placed an order for this offer period. You should be receiving samples six to eight weeks from when the order was placed. Please note there is a limit of one package request per mailing address per offer period.

How do I change my account information?
To change your P&G everyday account email address, please do the following:

1. Log in to P&G everyday
2. Click on your avatar and the “My profile” link
3. On your profile, click the “Edit” button on the top right of the page
4. Click on the “Modify Profile” link on the top area of the screen
5. Edit your email address in the “Account Details” box
6. Click on the “Save all” button on the top right of the page
7. Your main email address has been changed!

Having trouble with your password?
• Reminder: After ten (10) “password / login” failed attempts the account is locked out for 24 hours.
• After five (5) “password reset question” failed attempts the account is locked for security purposes.
• If experiencing password issues or you have forgotten your P&G everyday account password, please click on the following link and follow the on-screen instructions; your password will be email to the address you provide: https://www.pgeveryday.com/page/forgetpassword

Password Reset Tips
• Do not copy and paste the password as an extra character (including spaces) could be copied as well, passwords are case sensitive.
• Please check your spam or junk email filter if you do not receive the email within one hour.
• P&G everyday passwords are case sensitive and must be 8 characters or longer and have at least one (1) number and one (1) uppercase letter.

Does P&G offer printable coupons?
Yes! Please visit the P&G everyday homepage and click on the offers link. Once you get to the offers page, click on the "Print-at-Home coupons" link or click here to see what's available.
