1⁄2 ripe banana
1⁄2 cup fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1⁄2 cup low-fat milk or milk of your choice (soy, almond, light coconut milk)
1⁄2 cup ice


  1. Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth
  2. If it’s too thick, add milk to your liking. Serve and enjoy

6 leaves romaine lettuce, roughly chopped

6 stalks kale, inner ribs removed and roughly chopped
1-2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

1 lemon, juiced

1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

1⁄2 to 1 cup water


  1. Combine ingredients in blender. Add more water if too thick and puree until smooth

1⁄2 cup strawberries
