Ingredients
1 medium peeled banana
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (4 oz.) apple juice
1/2 (4 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 rounded teaspoon of Metamucil Original Coarse or
 Metamucil Sugar Free Original Smooth Powder
Crushed or cubed ice

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until the ice is crushed.
